All items are made to order.
Standard production time is 3–7 business days, depending on order size and complexity.

For bulk or custom projects, production time may vary. We will communicate any extended timelines in advance.

2. Shipping Policy

We ship across the United States using trusted carriers.

  • Shipping time is calculated at checkout
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

BLUESKYcustom is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

3. Custom Orders

All products are custom-made. Please double-check:

  • Sizes

  • Design placement
  • Spelling

Once an order is approved and production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.

4. Artwork & File Requirements

To ensure the best results, we recommend:

  • Vector files: AI, SVG, EPS (preferred)
  • High-resolution PNG (300 DPI or higher)

Low-quality images may affect print results.
We offer artwork cleanup and vectorization services for an additional fee if needed.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.

We only accept replacements if:

  • The item is defective
  • There is a production error on our part

Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • We are unable to complete your order
  • A verified production error occurs
